Suara Datuk Ishak Ismail dari UMNO Seremban.

1. Seremban chief upset about 'interference'
New Straits Times, Malaysia
Seremban Umno division chief Datuk Ishak Ismail alleged yesterday that there had been "plenty of interference" by certain individuals in power during the on-going Umno divisional meetings in the state.
He said one glaring example was when the Rembau Puteri Umno division nominated Sabah Puteri chief Datuk Rosnah Abdul Rashid Shirlin instead of its own chief, Bibi Sharliza Mohd Khalid, for the national Puteri chief's post last week.

"This is ridiculous," said Ishak.

2. Seremban Umno chief confident despite reprimand
Malaysia Star, Malaysia
Seremban Umno division chief Datuk Ishak Ismail, who was found guilty but was let off with a warning for supporting the opposition in the March general election, is confident of retaining his post at the division delegates meeting next month.

He believed members in the division were wise enough to choose a leader considering that his opponent, vice-chief Mohd Nor Awang, had been charged with corruption.

3. Six found guilty by Umno board
New Straits Times, Malaysia
Seremban Umno division head Datuk Ishak Ismail and his Labuan counterpart, Datuk Suhaili Abdul Rahman, have been let off with a warning after being found guilty by the party disciplinary board yesterday.
Ishak had been charged with carrying out activities amounting to sabotaging the Barisan Nasional candidate during the March general election, while Suhaili's offence was misusing his powers while officiating branch meetings.

Ishak, who is former Lenggeng assemblyman, and Suhaili, who was previously Labuan member of parliament, were dropped as candidates in the general election.
