Mongolia failed to swear in its new parliament on Wednesday because of a walk-out by opposition lawmakers, China's Xinhua news agency reported, in the latest twist following an election dogged by allegations of fraud. Legislators from the opposition Democratic Party walked out in protest over what it says was cheating in the June 29 poll, which was won by the Mongolian People's Revolutionary Party and which international observers say was largely free and fair.
