This is interesting because as he was assumed vacating his Menteri Besar post, an exco meeting was held and passed 4 important items. What's passed will materialise only when government agencies act on it.
2. How will the extension of industrial land lease to 99 years from ealier 30 to 60 years, be carried out? Can any agency act on it tomorrow? Who will prepare cheques totalling RM1 million to waris warga emas? A futile effort? Or they intend to prolong the political harubiru much longer to stay relevant and well within the permissible limelight? This is something new indeed. I am expecting more decisions by the defunct exco in days to come.
3. But when Karpal went out lashing everyone in sight as it were, Ngeh and Nga may wish to stay low for a while. Nizar should know better, what is the game all about. Better stop now than feel sorry later. Just remember the sweet days while in power, but playing this game much longer will not make us any wiser. It is Ok to stay low and calm.

"mesyuarat exco haram"

DATUK Seri Ir. Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin yang masih menganggap beliau adalah Menteri Besar yang sah semalam ‘mempengerusikan mesyuarat khas Exco’ dan ‘meluluskan’ empat perkara berkaitan pentadbiran negeri. Antara perkara yang diluluskan:-
- Tempoh pajakan tanah perindustrian yang sebelum ini antara 30 hingga 60 tahun dilanjutkan sehingga 99 tahun.
- Tempoh perkhidmatan 342 ahli majlis pihak berkuasa tempatan dan daerah yang tamat pada 31 Disember lalu disambung secara automatik.
- Peruntukan RM2.7 juta bagi aktifkan semula Lapangan Terbang Sultan Azlan Shah sebagai lapangan terbang penerbangan tambang murah (LCCT).
- Peruntukan dana khas sebanyak RM1 juta untuk waris-waris individu warga emas semua kaum berusia 65 tahun ke atas yang meninggal dunia.
